Debugging in 2020 (Sketch 56+)

Hi friends,
Surely you are debugging your plugins more effectively than I am...

All the methods that I used to use are now unsupported. In the past, I used Safari to catch breakpoints, but that isn't supported.

Is there anyone using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) to be able to step through your plugin? That would be a dream.

console.log and UI.message are getting tedious!

Unfortunately, I think apple has hardened the app runtime that makes things more difficult. I’m mostly using console.log and the console app.

I use console.app, and I saved a search filter of process:sketch
library:sketch, so each time I open Console I can just select it right away and start to monitor output.
